Humanity or Justice

In this high-tech era everybody who thinks he/she is ‘somebody’ and above or better than the people around him, wants to be in limelight. It is almost impossible to get into an individual’s mind to find out his/her motives and desires to do a particular act for coming into public domain. Yes, it is true - regardless of the fact whether he is a victim or a culprit. They can go to any extent, including putting at stake their age, self-respect, dignity, public image, education, professional background, and what not. Root cause of all problems is that no one has taught us what is of value! All that is worthless is most valuable to us, particularly to generation young. Sadly, most who are matured enough to understand some basic of decencies are also falling in the trap of all that appears glamorous, fancy and famous. Impatience to get everything and immediately without wisdom, knowledge and even means is helping those out there to mint money by brainwashing everyone starting from adolescents, teenagers, youth, young adults and even those who on the surface appear somewhat sensible. Core moral values like culture, tradition, sensitivities, discipline, civic sense, social responsibility, personal growth based on inner strength, sense of belonging, family bonding, acceptance, concern for others, etc. are conspicuously lacking in our awareness and understanding of all that matters. We, however, must not forget that nothing, not even most trivial looking event, is happening without a purpose according to cosmic energies which are running affairs of planet earth and many more galaxies using some super-intelligence. Given the fact, it becomes obvious that almost always, nothing is in our control!! It further implies that most of our acts are influenced by our past “Karmas and Connections”. Yet, as all of us are born with general wisdom, one thing that we can still control and improve upon is our present karmas using our intellect. Nobody can run away from the responsibility saying it was not in his hand or was out of his control. Desires, greed and obsession to possess are behind our free fall. Since we seldom have faith in ‘HIS’ wishes (Jante to hain, par maante nahin), and since we have more faith in our intellect, egoistic abilities and therefore, believe that we are the ‘doers’. And if we believe and accept this fact that we are the doers, then the eternal proverb aptly applies that as doers it is only we who have to struggle and suffer when we face end-results and judgments, as a consequence of our actions. The other probability, i.e. the belief that HE is the doer, makes the suffering optional although pain is mandatory and would persist. Pain, cause of our Karmas, cannot be avoided. Because of our wisdom and knowledge, suffering becomes optional! Our intellect (mind) would not easily allow us to surrender.

Going by hundreds of reactions and comments by commoners and celebrities alike on the punishment pronounced upon the dentist couple for alleged killing their daughter and servant in Noida a few years back, the most simple and short reactionary question was “it is difficult, whether to believe in humanity or justice”? Answering this question and arriving at a conclusion, however, is not that difficult. Do we need to spell out on humanity factor? Our present day attitude speaks volumes!! Wasting valuable resource like time and energy, therefore, is not warranted. So much degradation continues to take shape in all walks of life in the absence of meaningful education, be it relationships or professions, all in the name of development and progress. Less, therefore, we talk on humanity is better. Talking of justice – although always channeled via little mortals, there should not be a doubt in anybody’s mind that it always encompasses cosmic justice, the element of Divine!!! All delivered judgments, favourable or against, are part of a natural process which incorporates super-intelligence. Many a times, hence, they are beyond the limits of our understanding. Be careful and fully aware of the “cost factor” for being in the limelight...
